Voice and Fax Messages

ZAC’s visual voicemail interface allows employees to view and prioritize messages without listening in order. If a message is meant for someone else, it can be instantly forwarded without navigating menus or hearing the full recording. The system can also transcribe voicemails, removing the need to listen altogether. Transferred messages appear immediately in the recipient’s inbox and can include a note from the sender. ZAC also supports sending and receiving fax messages directly through the app, eliminating the need for a physical fax machine. This streamlines communication and helps companies save time and reduce costs.

Softphone

The Zultys ZAC softphone is a fully integrated VoIP phone built into the ZAC web and desktop client. It allows users to place and receive calls using their computer’s microphone and speakers (or a headset), eliminating the need for a physical desk phone.

Contact Center Agents Supported

ZAC supports various Operator Groups and Agent role levels, allowing users to log into multiple roles at once. Employees can easily identify incoming group calls versus personal extension calls and adjust their greetings accordingly. Agents can also make outbound calls using the group’s caller ID. The Agent Roles screen displays the status and presence notes (e.g., “Out to lunch”) of all team members. Supervisors and Agents can view this information in real time to manage availability. Additionally, Zultys includes webchat, SMS, and MMS messaging, keeping all customer communications in one application and unified queue.
