  • The Sangoma team will contact you to kick-off your project
  • Your dedicated Sangoma Sales Engineer will host a conference call and assist you with completing
    the Contact Center Discovery Document
  • A second conference call will be held with Sangoma CCaaS Advanced Services Team to review the
    final configuration details and set a timeline for the project
  • Sangoma CCaaS Advanced Services Team will configure and test the Contact Center Platform
  • We will need the customer to supply any announcements/recordings (wav or mp3)
  • Sangoma CCaaS Advanced Services Team will host separate training sessions for Agents and Managers/Supervisors
  • You will be trained directly on the system you will go live on
  • We offer several channels of training: Agent videos, webinars, an on-site option (additional cost is required for on-site training)
  • Turn-up is scheduled for an agreed upon date and time
  • The night before, Sangoma will activate the Contact Center and perform final testing
  • Day of Turn-Up Support – Live real-time support with the Sangoma CCaaS Advanced Services Team
  • Sangoma Advanced Services will be your point of contact for support during the first week
  • After that week, we will host a Final System Review Call and determine who to contact for future Contact Center support needs
