Rel Comm has been the primary telecommunications contractor for Monroe BOCES for nearly 20 years. Throughout this time they have provided excellent service and support. Rel Comm has provided a full range of services to us. They have installed and maintained our existing NorTel equipment, installed and maintained our voice mail systems, and installed and maintained our Inter-Tel system. Our environment consists of 6 locations ranging in size from 8 lines to 600 lines. In February of 2009 Rel Comm installed a new phone system for Athletica Inc. The search and preparation for a new system began in November 2008. Rel Comm won our business due to customer service, product features, and price.
Preliminary planning and discovery went smoothly thanks to a knowledgeable staff asking the right questions to make sure that all of our needs were addressed. All employees that came on site for equipment installation were professional and extremely helpful. The training portion was well received by all employees and was delivered with professionalism and attention to detail and a genuine concern for our needs.
The actual implementation was done after hours to ensure there was no interruption to our business. Everything went like clockwork due to their keen planning.
After implementation and cutover; extra staff was made available on site to help employees the first few days, which was invaluable due to the feature rich phones. Follow-up after installation with a punch list to ensure every detail was accomplished was included to make sure everything from phones to the closet equipment was completed. Even four months later, service remains efficient and is very customer service oriented. Response times are exceptional for questions or concerns. Since we are a call center our phones are our business, Rel Comm makes it their business to respond quickly to any of our needs.

We recently opened a second office and purchased a Mitel 3000 Telephone System from Rel Comm. I had the pleasure of working with Scott Godfrey throughout the entire process. He handled all the set up involving Frontier, and kept me posted as to the progress. He also worked closely with our computer vendors and handled any problems or concerns that we had. I also worked with Mary Toich, project manager, who was very helpful in setting up some of the many functions of the phone system, and scheduling training for our staff. The phone system is very user friendly, and has many wonderful features, and allows for affordable growth. The entire installation was handled in a very professional and friendly manner, and I would highly recommend Rel Comm to any business.
