The Mitel 3300IP Communications Platform (ICP) Memory Technology Upgrade Program is for certain older controller models which have been discontinued in the last 5 years, specifically those models which do not support the 512 MB RAM memory required for Mitel Communications Director Release 4.0, 4.1 or later.
