 When I started Rel Comm in 1986, I believed, and still believe, 3 key components made any company, big or small successful:
- Caring about and listening to your customers.
- Providing a quality product backed up by motivated, courteous, and well-trained employees to represent the company and its products.
- Charging a fair and competitive price for work, and never taking advantage of any customer.
This philosophy led Rel Comm to become a fully authorized dealer for two leading technology manufacturers: Mitel and Nortel.
In 2006 Rel Comm completed one of the first and largest installations of Nortel's new Succession 1000E PBX with a Nortel VOIP Data Network linking approximately 39 sites for Monroe County in New York.
In 2004 Rel Comm provided over $1,400,000 in Nortel Data equipment to Adelphia for the Erie County BOCES broadband initiative.
Rel Comm continues to rank as one of the largest Mitel dealers in the United States with over 500 installations including the City of Rochester and dozens of school districts.
Our continuing investment in training for our technical personnel has resulted in a high level of competency on the products that we offer.
We have recently expanded our footprint with a rapidly growing office in Raleigh, North Carolina.
In order to provide total and comprehensive business enhancing solutions to our customers, we offer Wireless Data Networking, Unified Messaging, and Managed Conference Systems with Multi-Media capability as well as VOIP and Contact Center applications.
Self motivation, training, safety and quality workmanship are all core corporate values at my company; these values ensure and increase customer satisfaction. As Rel Comm continues to grow, we want our customers, current and new to know they are valued. My goal is to have my company and our staff recognized as the best, most knowledgeable, courteous, and customer oriented at what we do and accomplish.
